We take great pride in the quality and uniqueness of our handmade jewelry. Each piece is crafted with care and intention. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund terms below:

Returns

  • You may return unused and unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., engraved jewelry)

  • Sale or promotional items (unless damaged or defective)

💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

📦 How to Return an Item

Please email us at bdogueri@zestbyb.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
